Israeli military says Gaza militants fire 3 rockets

The Israeli army on Sunday mentioned three rockets had been fired towards southern Israel by Palestinian militants within the Gaza Strip.

The barrage set off air-raid sirens in Israel’s south. Israel’s Channel 12 TV mentioned two rockets landed in open areas, inflicting no harm or accidents.

The military mentioned it intercepted a 3rd rocket fired later Sunday night. There was no rapid Israeli response, though the army normally responds to rocket fireplace with airstrikes on militant targets in Gaza.
